If you want to collect your order from the lab, please select ‘Collect From Lab’ on the Checkout page when ordering.
We are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm (Closed Bank Holidays)
You will receive an e-mail when the order is ready to collect.
Send Order
If you want your order to be shipped, please select ‘Ship Order’ on the Checkout page when ordering.
If your order is to be shipped directly to your customer, please select ‘White label ship direct to customer’ on the checkout page when ordering.
If you have multiple items to ship at the same time, we charge only one delivery fee for the largest or most expensive item.
Products must be ordered at the same time and will be shipped when the product with the longest service time is ready.
